How are prices calculated for days exceeding 30 but not a multiple of 30?
You don't have to stay exactly one month or two weeks. as long as you stay for more than 6 days continuously, we will calculate the subsequent days based on the discount price for 7-14 days; if you stay for more than 14 days, we will calculate the subsequent days based on the discount price for 15 days or more. You can also decide whether to continue renting the next day before check-out, but please note whether there are vacancies in the room type. If you don't book all the days at once, you may face the risk of being fully booked and unable to continue staying, so please inform us as early as possible.
Where is the location of your accommodations?
Our address is No. 331, Sec. 1, Zhongshan Rd., Yonghe Dist., New Taipei City, Taiwan. We are located in the center of Yonghe Dist, with convenient transportation and complete living facilities. There is a cinema and a department store within a 1-minute walk, and the Yongan Market MRT Station is nearby.
Do you provide washing machines and water dispensers?
We have a public water dispenser on the first floor, but we do not provide washing machines in the hotel. There is a coin-operated laundry shop a 3-minute walk away.
Can I cancel the contract if I am not satisfied with the environment after check-in?
If you book for more than 30 days, the first three days after check-in are a trial period. If you are not comfortable staying, you can cancel the contract unconditionally. You only need to pay the room fee for the first three days without any special discounts. You don't have to worry about being tied up by unscrupulous landlords. Note: If you engage in misconduct, including but not limited to drug use, sex trafficking, smoking in the room, using the room as a place of business, gambling, fraud, or placing hazardous materials, we reserve the right to terminate the contract and evict immediately without refunding the the room fee.
Can you provide invoices?
Yes, we can provide legal invoices for accommodation expenses that can be reimbursed in Taiwan.
Are pets allowed?
Due to considerations of environmental hygiene, we do not allow any pets.
Do you provide furniture?
We provide facilities such as TV, comfortable double bed, desk, air conditioning, hairdryer, and public water dispenser, so you can check in directly.
Is your environment safe?
We have obtained a legal hotel license through 16 strict regulations in New Taipei City. Whether it's fire safety, public security, or hygiene, we are regulated and inspected by the government every year. We are definitely not comparable to ordinary short-term rental apartments or daily rentals. Just search for ["carbon monoxide poisoning from daily rentals"] ["death from rental house fire"] ["short-term rental drug use"] ["fake monthly rental, actual daily rental"], and you will understand the importance of rental safety.
Can I stay with classmates or friends?
If you choose a double room, the maximum occupancy is 2 people, so you can stay with one of your good friends.
How are water and electricity charged?
Our rent includes the cost of water, electricity, air conditioning, and internet usage. You don't have to bear the unreasonable electricity prices of up to 5 dollars per kilowatt-hour in some rental suites, nor worry about short-term rentals and applying for internet from telecommunication companies.
How much deposit do I need to rent a room from you?
No deposit is required. Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the building. In order to maintain the quality of accommodation for all guests in the building, if there is any misconduct or repeated smoking in the room despite warnings, we will unconditionally terminate the contract without refunding the room fee and expel the guest. For serious cases, an additional cleaning fee of 2000 yuan will be charged.
Do I need to climb stairs?
We have elevators, so there is no need to climb stairs.
Do you have access control?
We have access control card management, so unauthorized people cannot enter. However, residents can enter and leave freely without access control 24 hours a day.
How are you different from typical residential short-term rentals and daily rentals?

How do I make a reservation with you?
